The MVP debate happens

I had to find an excuse to run this image again

The annual CSAE conference has started here in Oxford. All the major talks are being broadcast live here. The most interesting? A panel discussion on "Evaluating the Millennium Village Project" featuring Gabriel Demombynes on one side of the ring (I mean table) and John McArthur of the Millennium Promise on the other side. It should be a lot of fun. Americans, you're going to have to get up early for this one, it's at 8:30 AM, GMT. Actually I am informed it has been moved to 5:30 6:00 PM (GMT) the following day (this Tuesday).

John's travel has been delayed, so this has been rescheduled for 5:30 pm UK time on Tuesday.
